We use Australia Post for our deliveries and provide a tracking number with each order.

Our pillows are currently all in stock and will be shipped from our warehouse in Upper Beaconsfield, Vic.

You can expect your parcel within 2-6 business days from when it leaves our warehouse.

We can ship internationally, unfortunately shipping costs do apply.

Can I return my product?

Yes of course you can. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind about an item purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund (less shipping costs).
You must complete your return within 14 days of receiving your product.
The goods must be in their original condition.
You are reponsible for the postage and return of the product.

Hand wash in cold water or gentle cool cycle in washing machine is recommended.

We take pride in using only the best products to ensure our products are the highest of quality and to make sure our customers are happy.
We use premium Heat Transfer Vinyl that is designed to be permanent and its extremely difficult to remove (if not impossible).
The vibrant quality colours of our vinyl are also fade resistant.
