You are welcome to return your itme(s) for a full refund (less shipping costs).
You must complete your return within 14 days of receiving your product.
The goods must be in their original condition.
You are reponsible for the postage and return of the product.

Your crochet rug can be machine washed - make sure it is on a delicate wool setting and a COOL cycle.

Can be hand washed.

Lay flat to dry - do not put in dryer.

Can also be ironed on wool setting

Crafted with soft 100% cotton wool, our rugs provide a cozy and comfortable surface however, to prevent slipping and movement on floorboards or tiles, we highly recommend using a non-slip underlay.

Due to popular demand our rugs are made to order and will take approx 3-4 weeks to produce once ordered. We will keep you updated on the process.

We do offer FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE and provide tracking numbers via Australia Post with each order.
