If you are not happy with your product you are welcome to do so for a full refund (less shipping costs).

You must complete your return within 14 days of receiving your product.
The goods must be in their original condition.
You are reponsible for the postage and return of the product.

Made with high quality recycled cotton tshirt yarn our baskets are solid and are recommended spot clean with a damp cloth but also can be machine washed.

Recommend a cold wash on gentle/delicate cycle and a fabric care bag or pillowcase if you can.
